Shipping

All packages are shipped in discrete unmarked envelopes, through Canada Post XpressPost. 

For orders totaling $150 or more, we offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada. For orders under $150 it is a $15 flat rate to anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address carefully. There is not much we can do to fix an incorrect address once the package is in transit, and if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we charge a $10 re-shipping fee to cover the cost of returning your package to the correct address. 

We have a 100% delivery guarantee, meaning that if your package gets lost in transit, we will happily send you a new package once the original has been deemed lost by the shipping provider. Please note that these investigations into lost packages can take several days, so your patience is appreciated!

We are currently offering delivery through only Canada Post.

Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number with detailed information as to how and where you can live track your order.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Vancouver B.C.

Shipping transit times will vary. Through Canada Post, customers should receive their order in no more than 3 to 5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. If you are experiencing any delays or issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as our customer service department is happy to look into it for you.

We currently only ship within Canada.

We are so confident of the quality of our products that you can return them within 2 weeks if you are not satisfied for any reason. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us, so if there’s any concerns about our products at all, for any amount of time, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will always do what we can to help.

Once your order has left our facility, there is nothing we can do to make any changes to your order. If you have made a mistake in your order, or want to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible, and if the order has not left our building, we are happy to do what we can to accommodate any changes you have.

Once your order has left our facility, there is nothing we can do to cancel the order. In this case, we would ask that the order be shipped back to us, and then a refund would be issued. If you are able to cancel before we ship your order, we are happy to cancel and issue a refund in most cases.

Once we receive payment for your order, we always ship within 24 hours. The exception is any order placed after 11 am Pacific Standard Time on Fridays; those will ship on the next business day. Once we’ve processed your order and it is ready for shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

Yes, we charge all applicable taxes according to your provincial rates.

We accept Interact E Transfer, which is available through your online banking.

No. Psilocybin mushrooms are not toxic. The National Institute For Occupational Safety And Heath (NIOSH) in the US Psilocybin (641) is rated less toxic than Aspirin (199) and Nicotine (21).

However, the main danger is in mistakenly picking poisonous, non-magic mushrooms. Do not gather mushrooms unless you know what you are doing.

Standard urine drug tests do not test for the presence of psilocybin.

How long will mushrooms (psilocybin) be detectable on a hair test?

Technically between 3 to 5 months after use, but psilocybin is not usually tested for in standard (cannabis, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP) or advanced drugs tests (barbituriates, benzodiazepines like Valium).

Nausea is a common effect during the ‘coming-up’ stage of the experience (first 20 minutes to an hour). Some people are more susceptible than others. Making the mushrooms into a tea can reduce nausea as can an empty stomach.

Shamanic tribes who use mushrooms in their rituals abstain from foods containing caffeine, alcohol, sugar and fats for days beforehand.

No – it doesn’t work. High temperatures destroy psilocybin, the active ingredient. Plans for that ‘magic pizza’, ‘magic soup’ or ‘magic omelette’ should be shelved.

Psilocybin content varies widely from species to species and from mushroom to mushroom. There are no hard and fast rules regarding dosage. As a rough guide, however, 0.1 to 0.3 grams of dried mushrooms is considered a microdose, 1-3.5 grams is a medium dose, and anything over 3.5 grams is a strong dose. Please don’t do over 7 grams at once. 

First time, aim low. You can always increase the amount another time, but you can’t undo a far-too-large dose. Be wary of over-confidence. Each psychedelic trip is different and each level of the experience has its own intensity and pitfalls. Even if you know the lay of the land, tread carefully.
